摘　　要：全国名老中医王自平教授治疗中医妇科经、带、胎、产、杂病经验丰富。王老治疗复发性流产孕前以“预培其损”为要;重视“调经种子”;擅长应用中药人工周期疗法;主张孕前中药调理改善肾虚、脾虚、血瘀、血虚诸证。孕后安胎之法以“补肾益精,脾肾同调,理气行滞,养血活血”为主。孕期在补肾健脾、调补冲任基础上,慎重选择养血活血药种类及剂量。本文总结王自平教授治疗复发性流产临证经验,为进一步整理、挖掘、传承名老中医学术思想奠定基础。Professor Wang Ziping has rich experiences in treating the gynecological diseases of emmeniopathy,leucorrhea,fetuses,obstetric and other miscellaneous ones.According to her treatment philosophy:in progestation,priority is given to pro-cultivating loss,regulating menstruation and being pregnant is highly paid attention,the artificial cycle therapy with Chinese medicine is adopted with facility and Chinese medicine is used to improved the symptoms of kidney weakness,spleen deficiency,blood stasis and blood-insufficiency.During pregnancy,the type and dosage of Chinese medicine for nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation should be closely monitored after being treated with invigorating kidney and invigorating spleen and regulating and tonifying the Chong and Ren channels.Pregnancy is dominated by the treatments of kidney tonifying essence,spleen and kidney homology,regulating qi-flowing for activating stagnancy and nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation.This thesis is to summarize Professor Wang’s clinical experiences on treating the recurrent abortion and lay a sound foundation for further tidying up the inheritance of her academic thoughts.
