养血润肤汤治疗血虚风燥型银屑病临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察养血润肤汤治疗血虚风燥型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取60例血虚风燥型寻常型银屑病患者,遵照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组口服养血润肤汤治疗,对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,2组均外用玉泽屏障修护身体乳。观察2组PASI评分、DLQI评分、中医症状评分、瘙痒缓解程度、有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组PASI评分、DLQI评分、中医症状评分改善均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);通过视觉模拟评分和5-D瘙痒量表评估患者瘙痒缓解程度,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组有效率为82.33%,对照组有效率为53.33%,差异有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论养血润肤汤治疗血虚风燥型寻常型银屑病疗效确切,有效缓解患者瘙痒,提高患者生活质量,临床值得推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of Yangxue Runfu decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Sixty patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness type Psoriasis vulgaris were divided into treatment group and comparative group with the method of random number table.The number of cases in each group was equal,both had 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Yangxue Runfu decoction and the comparative group was treated with Cetirizine hydrochloride oral solution.Both groups were treated with Yuze barrier repair body milk.The curative effects,Psoriatic lesion area and severity index(PASI),dermatology life quality index(DLQI),TCM syndrome score,degree of itch relief and effective and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment,the PASI score DLQI score and the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were better than those in the comparative group,with statistically significant(P<0.01).The degree of itch relief was assessed by visual simulation score and 5-d itch scale,without statistically significant(P>0.05).The recovery rate(82.33%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the comparative group(53.33%),and there had statistically significant(0.01<P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups.Results Yangxuerunfu decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type psoriasis vulgaris is worth promoting clinically.Because it not only significantly relieve itching,but also helpful to recover and improve the quality of life.
