摘  要:目的研究中药熏洗联合功能锻炼预防桡骨远端骨折后腕关节僵硬的临床价值。方法收集60例2018年1月—2019年1月就诊于我院的桡骨远端骨折患者,借助抛硬币法对其进行分组研究:试验组30例、对照组30例。对照组施以功能锻炼,试验组在对照组基础上施行中药熏洗。分别比对2组Cooney腕关节功能评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分。结果试验组Cooney腕关节功能评分明显较对照组高;VAS评分则较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗与功能锻炼联合方案在桡骨远端骨折后预防腕关节僵硬中具有确切效果,能够有效减轻患者腕关节疼痛程度,改善腕关节功能,促进恢复。Objective To study the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with functional exercise in preventing wrist stiffness after distal radius fracture.Methods 60 patients with distal radius fracture who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected and divided into groups by coin toss:experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group received functional exercise,and the experimental group received fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Cooney wrist function score and VAS score were compared in the two groups.Results the score of Cooney wrist function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and functional exercise is effective in preventing wrist joint stiffness after distal radius fracture,which can effectively reduce wrist joint pain,improve wrist joint function and promote recovery.
