补肾逐瘀化痰方对急性脑出血血肿的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾逐瘀化痰方对急性脑出血患者周围血肿的影响。方法将80例急性脑出血患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。2组脑出血患者均采用常规基础治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上于急性脑出血发病24 h出血稳定后,给予补肾逐瘀化痰方,100 mL/次,2次/d。于治疗前及治疗后对2组血肿周围体积、血肿周围水肿体积的影响进行检测和比较。结果头颅CT结果显示,观察组应用补肾逐瘀化痰方治疗后局部血肿周围体积、水肿周围体积明显缩小,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑出血患者使用补肾逐瘀化痰方能够有效缩小局部血肿周围体积、减小局部血肿周围水肿体积,促进中枢神经功能的恢复,从而大大改善了患者的预后。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuyu Huatan decoction on peripheral hematoma in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and control group,both of which had 40 cases.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional basic treatment.The treatment control group was given Bushen Zhuyu Huatan recipe(100ml/time,twice a day)24 hours after the onset of acute cerebral hemorrhage.The volume around the hematoma and the volume of edema around the hematoma were detected before and(14±2)days after the conventional treatment.Results The results of head CT showed that the volume around hematoma and edema in the early treatment control group decreased significantly after(14±2)days of application of Bushen Zhuyu Huatan decoction,which was significantly different from that of the early control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early treatment group,Bushen Zhuyu Huatan decoction can effectively reduce the volume of local hematoma and edema around the hematoma,promote the recovery of central nervous system function,and greatly improve the prognosis of patients.
