摘  要:目的观察全息刮痧疗法联合耳尖穴点刺放血治疗眩晕痰瘀互结证的临床效果。方法择取2018年3月—2019年10月大连市中医医院内一病房收治的60例高血压痰瘀互结证患者,随机将所选患者分成对照组和研究组。对照组30例常规治疗;研究组30例在常规治疗基础上,采取全息刮痧疗法配合耳尖穴点刺放血疗法进行治疗。对2组临床效果进行分析和比较。结果研究组对高血压病痰瘀互结证患者治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用全息刮痧疗法联合耳尖穴点刺放血治疗高血压病痰瘀互结证的效果良好,可有效控制血压,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of holographic scraping therapy combining ear-tip points to bleed blood on stun sputum.Methods 60 patients with high blood pressure sputum cross-association were randomly divided into control and research groups from March 2018 to October 2019 in a ward of a Chinese medicine hospital in Dalian.Control group:30 routine treatments per day,30 cases in the study group on the basis of conventional treatment,the use of holographic scraping therapy with ear tips point bleeding therapy treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group on the patients with high blood pressure sputum and sputum junctionwas was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion In the application of holographic scraping therapy in conjunction with ear-tip points,hemorrhage has a good effect on the cross-association of hypertension sputum,can effectively control blood pressure,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
