摘　　要：壮医腰环穴,是以壮医三气同步的天人自然观、三道两路理论为指导,形成以环为穴的壮医特色取穴原则。腰部位于人体人部,是人体的重要连接部位,腰环穴是三道两路在腰部的反映点,通过刺激三道两路腰环穴,疏通三道、通畅两路、调节气血,维持三气同步运行。腰环穴具有通路、散结、止痛、补虚的功效,适应病证范围广泛,可治疗多种疾病,具有较高临床价值。Zhuang medicine yaohuan point is guided by the concept of heaven,man and nature and the theory of three qi synchronizing,and forms the principle of selecting acupoints with the ring as the characteristic of zhuangyi.The waist is located in the human part of the human body,is an important connection part of the human body,the waist ring point is three two ways in the waist reflection point,by stimulating three ways two waist ring point,unclog three ways,unobimpeded two ways,regulate the qi and blood,maintain the three qi synchronous operation.Waihuan point has the effect of pathway,loose knot,pain relief and tonic deficiency.It can adapt to a wide range of diseases and syndromes,and can treat a variety of diseases.It has a high clinical value.
