穴位贴敷对于混合痔术后疼痛疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷八髎及秩边穴对于缓解混合痔术后疼痛的治疗效果及优质整体的辨证护理措施。方法将30例患者分成对照组和治疗组,按随机1∶1分配的原则;对照组给予常规的用药治疗及整体护理,治疗组在此基础上给予穴位贴敷八髎和双侧秩边穴。结果治疗组术后疼痛程度及持续的时间都明显低于对照组。结论穴位贴敷配合优质因人制宜的整体护理对于混合痔手术后疼痛的缓解及愈合疗效较高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint application of Baliao and Zhibian on relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids and the high-quality overall dialectical nursing measures.Methods 30 patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of random 1:1 distribution.The control group was given conventional medication and overall care,while the treatment group was given acupoint application of point Ba Liao and bilateral Zhibian on this basis.Results The degree and duration of postoperative pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Acupoint application combined with high-quality holistic nursing is effective in relieving pain and healing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
