摘　　要：目的探讨简化McGill疼痛问卷在肺癌患者疼痛综合评定中的临床价值。方法应用简化McGill疼痛问卷分别对2019年11月~2020年2月北京胸科医院肺癌患者46例进行住院治疗前、治疗后疼痛综合评定,通过分析患者治疗前后的效果,评估简化McGill疼痛问卷对肺癌患者疼痛评估的价值。结果纳入患者60岁以下者、男性居多;组织学类型中以非小细胞肺癌为主,其中腺癌居多。所有病例均为晚期患者,Ⅳ期患者为主。主要接受单纯靶向治疗、化疗和免疫治疗;治疗后PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分及总分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分及总分是否升高与抗肿瘤比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,总评分、PRI、VAS和PPI评分升高与疾病进展呈正相关(r=0.693、0.732、0.592、0.405,P=0.001、0.022、0.003、0.005)。结论简化McGill疼痛问卷在治疗前后动态评估可准确反应肺癌患者癌痛的变化,有效反应治疗效果,为制定个体化癌痛治疗和护理方案提供依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of the simplified McGill pain questionnaire in the comprehensive assessment of pain in patients with lung cancer.Methods The simplified McGill pain questionnaire was used to comprehensively evaluate the pain before and after treatment of 46 patients with lung cancer in Beijing Chest Hospital from November 2019 to February 2020.By analyzing the effects of patients before and after treatment,the simplified McGill pain questionnaire was evaluated.The value of pain assessment in patients with lung cancer.Results Most of the included patients were under 60 years old and were male;the histological types were mainly non-small cell lung cancer,of which adenocarcinoma was the majority.All cases were advanced patients,mainly stage IV patients.Mainly accept simple targeted therapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy;the total score,PRI,VAS and PPI score before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Correlation analysis showed that the total score,PRI,VAS and PPI score increased positively with disease progression(r=0.693,0.732,0.592,0.405,P=0.001,0.022,0.003,0.005).Conclusion The simplified McGill pain questionnaire dynamic assessment before and after treatment can accurately reflect the changes of cancer pain in patients with lung cancer,effectively reflect the treatment effect,and provide a basis for formulating individualized cancer pain treatment and nursing plans.
