摘　　要：少数民族的文化风俗、饮食习惯及生活方式与汉族人民均有较大不同,罹患肿瘤时其心理状态会发生较大转变,同时,少数民族语言的差异也会直接影响护患沟通效果。本文主要分析我省少数民族肿瘤患者护患沟通障碍的影响因素,根据影响因素及少数民族患者的个体特征及民族习惯,制定多元化解决对策,加强护士沟通技巧及专业技能培训、提高护士主动服务意识、加强对患者的人文关怀、消除语言沟通障碍、优化服务流程,旨在提高护患沟通效果,改善患者的就医体验,提升医院的服务质量。The cultural customs,eating habits and lifestyles of ethnic minorities are quite different from those of Han people,and their psychological state will undergo major changes when they suffer from tumors.At the same time,differences in minority languages will directly affect the effectiveness of nurse-patient communication.This article mainly analyzes the influencing factors of the communication barriers between nurses and patients of ethnic minority cancer patients in our province.According to the influencing factors and the individual characteristics and ethnic habits of ethnic minority patients,formulate diversified solutions,strengthen nurses'communication skills and professional skills training,improve nurses'active service awareness,strengthen humanistic care for patients,eliminate language communication barriers,and optimize service procedures,it aims to improve the effectiveness of nurse-patient communication,improve patients'medical experience,and improve the quality of hospital services.
