摘　　要：本文总结了胡小芳教授运用寿胎丸合四君子汤加减治疗脾肾两虚血瘀型抗磷脂综合征致复发性流产的临床经验。胡小芳认为抗磷脂综合征致复发性流产的主要病机为脾肾两虚、瘀阻胞宫。治疗除孕前的中医药调理,更强调试孕当月在B超下监测排卵,卵泡排出后立即开始保胎治疗,意在提前安胎,予培其损,采用补肾健脾活血法,改善机体凝血功能及免疫功能,增加子宫动脉血流量,提高活产率。This article summarizes Professor Hu Xiaofang’s clinical experience in treating recurrent miscarriage caused by antiphospholipid syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney and blood stasis by using Shoutaiwan and Sijunzi Decoction.Hu Xiaofang believes that the main etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage caused by antiphospholipid syndrome are deficiency of both spleen and kidney and stasis blocking the uterus.Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine before pregnancy,stronger adjustment of ovulation in the month of pregnancy,monitoring of ovulation under B-ultrasound,fetal preservation treatment will be started immediately after the follicle is discharged,intended to prevent the fetus in advance,and prevent its damage,and adopt the method of invigorating the kidney,strengthening the spleen and promoting blood circulation to improve blood clotting Function and immune function,increase uterine artery blood flow,improve the rate of live birth.
