摘　　要：关建国主任医师为第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,对中医药治疗慢性肾脏病积累了丰富的临床经验。慢性肾衰竭病机复杂,临床治疗较为棘手。关建国名老中医认为,慢性肾衰竭归属中医"关格""癃闭""腰痛""水肿""虚劳"等范畴,慢性肾衰竭的病机特点为本虚标实,本虚主要为肾气不足、脾失健运、阴阳失衡、气血亏虚。标实主要有外感、痰湿、水饮、瘀血、湿浊、浊毒等。治疗以调整肾阴阳平衡为中心,具体治疗大法以补益肾气、顾护脾胃、化湿泄浊、祛风除湿、和解少阳、调畅气机等为特点。The authors summarize the clinical experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioner Guan Jianguo in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Chief Physician Guan Jianguo is the instructor of the sixth batch of national traditional Chinese medicine experts who have inherited the academic experience and accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.The pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is complicated,and clinical treatment is more difficult.Guan Jianguo believes that chronic renal failure belongs to the category of"obstruction and rejection,uroshesis,low back pain,edema,and fatigue"in Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is characterized by virtual standard deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The deficiency is mainly due to lack of kidney qi,spleen loses health,yin and yang imbalance,qi and blood deficiency.Excess in superficiality mainly includes external causes,phlegm-damp,excessive fluid,blood stasis,dampness turbidity,turbid toxin and so on.The treatment is based on adjusting the balance of kidney yin and yang.Specific therapies are characterized by invigorating kidney qi,taking care of the spleen and stomach,rushing down turbid damp,expelling wind and removing damness,relieving Shaoyang disorder,and smoothing qi movement.In this paper,chief physician Guan Jianguo give us a brief overview of the treatment of chronic renal failure,and attached a case to the reader.
