温经汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究温经汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2019年10月收治的50例排卵障碍性不孕患者,根据电脑随机盲选法,分为中药组和西药组,每组25例。西药组给予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,中药组在西药组用药基础上加用温经汤治疗。观察2组患者血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体激素(LH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)水平变化情况,比较治疗效果。结果中药组治疗后的E2,FSH,LH水平在排卵期峰值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组的治疗总有效率为96.00%(24/25),较西药组84.00%(21/25)高(P<0.05)。结论温经汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者血清激素水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods 50 patients with ovulatory dysfunctional infertility admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:Traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,25 cases in each group.The western medicine group was given clomiphene citrate capsule,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Wenjing Decoction on the basis of Western medicine group.The changes of serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),pituitary prolactin(PRL)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the two groups were observed.Results The level of E2 in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05),and its LH,PRL and FSH were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 96%,higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Wenjing decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of anovulatory infertility is accurate,it can effectively improve the serum hormone level of patients,and it is worth promoting.
