清咽代茶饮治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清咽代茶饮治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将北京中医药大学东直门医院通州院区门诊82例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,按照入组的先后顺序,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。治疗组运用清咽代茶饮频服,对照组给予中成药清咽滴丸含服治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后的中医证候分级量化评分,比较2组的临床疗效,治疗结束4周后进行随访,比较2组患者的复发率。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.10%(37/42)高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗结束4周后复发率为38.1%(16/42)低于对照组65.0%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清咽代茶饮治疗慢性咽炎,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingyan tea drink on treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods According to the order of the group,82 cases of chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group 42 cases and control group 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with Qingyan tea drink,The control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine Qingyan dripping pills,The quantitative score of TCM syndrome classification was observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The patients were followed up 4 weeks after treatment,compare the recurrence rate between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(88.09%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(70.0%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group 20.83%was lower than that of the control group 40.91%(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic pharyngitis with Qingyan generation tea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,Improve clinical efficacy,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
