耳穴压豆辅助治疗眩晕(原发性高血压)的效果

摘　　要：目的对耳穴压豆辅助治疗眩晕(原发性高血压)的效果进行探究。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2018年2月—2019年3月收治的眩晕住院患者中择取64例作为研究对象,并依照随机硬币法将其分作2组:接受常规西药治疗的为西药组(32例)、接受常规西药及耳穴压豆辅助治疗的为联合组(32例)。分析比较2组血压变化、眩晕症状消失时间及临床证候积分。结果治疗后,联合组患者收缩压、舒张压水平及临床证候积分均低于西药组;联合组患者眩晕症状消失时间短于西药组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆辅助治疗眩晕效果确切,能够有效改善患者血压水平,缩短眩晕症状消失时间,利于恢复。Objective to explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing beans on treating vertigo(essential hypertension).Methods 64 patients with vertigo admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study samples and divided into two groups according to the random coin method:those who received conventional western medicine were in the western medicine group(32 cases),and those who received conventional western medicine and assisted therapy with ear acupoint pressing beans were in the combined group(32 cases).The change of blood pressure,the time of disappearance of vertigo symptom and the integration of clinical symptoms were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results after treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and clinical syndrome scores in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group.The symptom disappearance time of vertigo in the combined group was shorter than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of auricular acupoint pressing beans in the treatment of vertigo is definite,which can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients,shorten the time of vertigo symptom disappearance,and benefit the recovery.
