针刺疗法配合中药熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺+中药熏蒸对类风湿性关节炎的治疗效果。方法选取66例抚顺市第三医院在2016年7月—2018年7月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者进行研究。根据患者入院前后次序分成对照组和观察组,分别予以中药熏蒸和针刺联合中药熏蒸方案,进行2组疾病治疗情况的比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前日常生活活动能力、疼痛程度和生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后日常生活活动能力评分和生活质量评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论予以类风湿性关节炎患者针刺联合中药熏蒸方案,可提高临床疗效和患者日常生活活动能力,也可缓解疼痛感,改善生活质量,推广应用价值高。Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected for the study.According to the order before and after admission,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,and were given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation respectively to compare the treatment of the two groups.Results the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of daily life activity ability,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups before treatment were significantly consistent(P>,0.05).The scores of daily life activity ability and quality of life of the observation group after treatment were higher than the control group,while the scores of pain were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation program for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can improve the clinical efficacy and patients’ability of daily living activities,and can also alleviate the sense of pain.On this basis,it can improve the quality of life and has high application value.
