整体辨证升清化浊法在眼科中的应用

摘　　要：中医眼科临证时,应充分结合中西医诊断技术考虑眼部病因,辨清全身病机,整体辨证与局部辨病相结合,目症与全身症状相结合,眼部检查与舌象脉象相结合,灵活运用中医学的整体观念"辨证求因,审因论治",多层次分析、综合辨证、确定证侯,提出合理的治法与方药,对提高眼病疗效具有事半功倍的作用。Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor emphasize that"cure the disease must seek in this",the clinical differentiation and treatment of eye disease should not only pay attention to"eye",but also should be closely related to the whole-body qi machine for comprehensive consideration.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the holistic concept of the unity of man and nature,the five elements and the five viscera,especially the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the whole-body viscera.Overall syndrome differentiation plays an important role in the identification of eye diseases.Ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine clinical,should combine traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis technology considering the eye causes,to see the whole body and pathogenesis,the overall syndrome differentiation combined with local disease,eye disease combined with systemic symptom,eye checkups are combined with a tongue like pulse condition,a whole concept for flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on"syndrome differentiation for,for review"multi-level analysis,comprehensive dialectical,determine syndrome,put forward the reasonable treatment and syndromes,to improve the eye disease curative effect has a significant effect of get twice the result with half the effort.
