摘  要:目的了解针刺"肺俞"穴治疗哮喘大鼠后,对大鼠肺组织中副交感神经受体M1含量的影响。方法将健康雄性Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、肺俞穴组和非经非穴组,每组10只。腹腔注射氢氧化铝和卵蛋白(OVA)混合液,雾化吸入OVA,建立哮喘大鼠模型,应用肺组织HE病理染色法确定造模成功,Real-time PCR、Western blot印迹法测定肺组织中毒蕈碱受体M1含量。结果模型组大鼠肺组织中M1含量明显高于正常组(P<0.05),经过3周针刺肺俞穴的治疗后,肺俞穴组与模型组相比肺组织中M1含量明显降低(P<0.05),非经非穴组与模型组相比肺组织中M1含量降低(P>0.05)。结论针刺哮喘大鼠的肺俞穴可以降低肺组织中副交感神经受体M1含量。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture at Feishu(BL13)on asthmatic rats on the content of parasympathetic nerve receptor M1.Methods Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Feishu group and the non-channle-non-acupoint group with 10 rats in each group,according to the random number table method.The model of allergic airway immune was made by injecting the mixture of aluminum hydroxide(Al(OH)and ovalbumin(OVA)into abdominal and inhalating nebulized ova.Pulmonary histological changes were assessed by HE.Content of parasympathetic receptor M1 was determined by Real-timePCR and Western blot.Results The content of M1 in the lung tissue of the model group was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05).After three weeks of needing Feishu(BL13)treatment,compared with the model group,the content of M1 decreased in the Feishu group(P<0.05)and in the non-channle-non-acupoint group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Feishu(BL13)of asthmatic rats can reduce the content of parasympathetic receptor M1 inlung tissue.
