健脾生血颗粒联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果

摘　　要：目的分析健脾生血颗粒联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2020年3月在我院产科定期产检的IDA孕妇90例,将其随机分为A组(45例,多糖铁复合物胶囊)和B组(45例,健脾生血颗粒联合多糖铁复合物胶囊)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,B组的Hb水平、MCV、MCHC显著高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组的SI、TSAT、Hepc水平显著高于A组,TRF水平显著低于A组(P<0.05)。B组的治疗总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论健脾生血颗粒联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期IDA可有效改善患者的血常规指标和铁代谢指标水平,提高临床治疗效果,且安全可靠。Objective To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue granule combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods Ninety pregnant women with IDA and regular obstetric examination in obstetrics department of our hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group A(45 cases,polysaccharide iron complex capsule)and group B(45 cases,Jianpi Shengxue granule combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Hb level,MCV and MCHC of the group B were significantly higher than those of the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SI,TSAT and Hepc in the group B were significantly higher than those in the group A,and the level of TRF was significantly lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue granule combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule in the treatment of IDA during pregnancy can effectively improve the patients’blood routine indexes and iron metabolism index levels,enhance the clinical treatment effect,which is safe and reliable.
