个性化心理护理应用于深静脉穿刺置管术中对并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探究个性化心理护理应用于深静脉穿刺置管术中对并发症的影响。方法选取我院行深静脉穿刺置管术的134例患者作为研究对象,将其经Excel奇偶数列分组法随机分成对照组和观察组,各67例。深静脉置管术期间,对照组给予基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予个性化心理护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的一次性穿刺成功率、计划性拔管率高于对照组,留置时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的SDS、SAS评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的精神健康、躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、社会职能、情感职能、活力、一般情况评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的精神健康、躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、社会职能、情感职能、活力、一般情况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理应用于深静脉穿刺置管术中不仅能减少并发症的发生,还有助于改善患者心理状态,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing on complications in deep vein puncture and catheterization.Methods A total of 134 patients who underwent deep vein puncture and catheterization in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by the Excel odd and even number column grouping method,with 67 cases in each group.During deep vein puncture and catheterization,the control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was given individualized psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The one-time puncture success rate and planned extubation rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the indwelling time was longer than that of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups reduced,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in mental health,physical pain,physiological function,role physical,social function,role emotional,vitality and general condition scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the mental health,physical pain,physiological function,role physical,social function,role emotional,vitality and general condition scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing applied in deep vein catheterization can not only reduce complications,but also help to improve the psychological state of patients and improve their quality of life.
