摘 要:以37份胡萝卜种质资源为材料,通过对其表型性状统计、变异系数和多样性指数分析以及主成分分析和SSR基因型鉴定,进行遗传多样性及亲缘关系研究。结果表明,胡萝卜种质资源9个数量性状中叶基盘宽度变异系数最大,肉质根长度变异系数最小;9个数量性状的平均多样性指数(1.60)高于其他18个质量性状的平均值(0.72);2个主成分对变异的累计贡献率达90.91%,2个主成分分别主要由单根质量和根长决定;SSR聚类分析结果将供试胡萝卜种质资源分为3类,第1类为淡黄色材料(A23),第2类包括白色(A15)和橙色资源(A17),第3类包括橙色、紫色和黄色资源。This study investigated the genetic diversion and genetic relationship of 37 carrot germplasms,through the statistical analysis of phenotypic traits,coefficient of variation,Shannon’s diversity index analysis,principal component analysis and genotype identification of SSR.The results showed that the coefficient of variation was the highest for leaf blade width and the lowest for fleshy root length,among the nine quantitative traits of carrot germplasms.The mean Shannon’s diversity index of the nine quantitative traits(H’=1.60)was higher than that for the other 18 qualitative traits(H’=0.72).The two principal components,which were dominated by the single root’s quality and length,respectively,accounted for 90.91%of the total variations.Based on the SSR cluster analysis,the 37 carrot germplasms were divided into three categories,the first type was light yellow materials(A27),the second type included white(A15)and orange materials(A17),and the third type included orange,purple and yellow materials.
