摘  要:制备了一种聚酯氨基涂料,考察固化温度变化、酸催化剂用量、氨基树脂和饱和聚酯树脂质量比对聚酯氨基涂料性能的影响。研究结果表明:温度提高固化时间缩短,温度过高涂层表面产生较多气泡。采用对甲苯磺酸做催化剂能降低固化温度,最适添加量为1%,固化温度由180℃降低至150℃。氨基树脂和聚酯树脂质量比为1:3时,铅笔测试硬度H,漆膜附着力为0级,耐丁酮擦拭超过150次,正反耐冲击性(1 kg)均大于50 cm。A polyester amino coating was prepared.The effects of curing temperature,amount of acid catalyst,amino resin and polyester resin weight ratio on the properties of polyester amino coating were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of temperature,the curing time was shortened,and there were more bubbles on the surface of the coating when the temperature was too high.Using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst can reduce the curing temperature.The optimum dosage was 1%,and the curing temperature was reduced from 180℃to 150℃.When the mass ratio of amino resin to polyester resin was 1:3,pencil hardness was H,the adhesion of paint film was grade 0,butanone resistance was over 150 times,positive and negative impact resistance(1 kg)were greater than 50 cm.
