摘 要:建立微量DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基清除法评价山奈酚对自由基清除能力的大小;建立微量总抗氧化能力法评价山奈酚的抗氧化活性强弱。山奈酚对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除作用随浓度升高而增大,二者的IC 50分别为16.17和6.97μmol/L,其中山奈酚对ABTS自由基的清除能力与V C相当。山奈酚的总抗氧化能力随浓度升高而增加,当浓度为500μmol/L时其总抗氧化能力为1.04±0.019 mmol/L。山奈酚具有一定的体外抗氧化能力,对DPPH和ABTS自由基均有较好的清除能力。A micro-model of DPPH free radical scavenging assay and ABTS free radical scavenging assay were used to evaluate the scavenging ability of Kaempferol against DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical.The antioxidant activity of Kaempferol was evaluated by measuring a micro-model of FRAP.The scavenges DPPH and ABTS free radicals of Kaempferol increased with the increase of the concentration.IC 50 of the scavenge DPPH and ABTS free radicals were 16.17 and 6.97μmol/L,respectively.The scavenging ability of Kaempferol to ABTS was similar to that of V C.The total antioxidant capacity was significantly correlated with the Kaempferol concentration,and the total antioxidant capacity at the 500μmol/L was 1.04±0.019 mmol/L.Kaempferol has certain antioxidant capacity in vitro and scavenges DPPH and ABTS free radicals.
