摘  要:简要地介绍了在Shell气化工艺流程和反应过程中,灰及渣的来源及组份;结合鹤壁煤化工生产过程中遇到堵渣与积灰问题分析了造成的原因,以及堵渣与积灰对Shell气化工艺影响的对立矛盾关系;从增加激冷量、调整烧嘴头对称夹角角度及从煤质配比、石灰石稳定添加、工艺调控操作方面浅析了如何避免堵渣及减少积灰,从而实现了Shell煤气化装置长周期稳定运行。The source and composition of ash and slag in the Shell gasification and reaction process were briefly introduced.Combined with the problems of slag blocking and ash accumulation in the production process of Hebi coal chemical industry,the causes and blocking were analyzed as well as the antagonistic relationship between slag and ash accumulation on the Shell gasification process.How to avoid slag blockage was analyzed by increasing chilling capacity,adjusting the symmetrical angle of the burner head and ratio of coal quality and the stable addition of limestone to realize the long-period stable operation of the Shell coal gasification unit.
