空气炉中铝-预镀层球墨铸铁钎焊工艺的实验研究

摘  要:为了实现铝和球墨铸铁的钎焊,利用球墨铸铁热浸镀铝的预镀覆工艺,将铝-预镀层球墨铸铁置于空气炉钎焊,研究炉中钎焊工艺参数对钎焊接头微观组织及剪切性能的影响。实验结果表明:铝-预镀层球墨铸铁钎焊接头由铝、钎缝中心区、铁铝金属间化合物IMC层、球墨铸铁构成;在实验条件下,钎焊温度升高或保温时间延长,均会使钎料同母材相互扩散加剧,钎焊接头微观组织先致密再粗化。钎焊温度540℃,保温时间15 min时,钎焊接头剪切强度最高。This paper aims to realize the brazing of aluminum and ductile iron.The realization is done by brazing the aluminum-pre-plated ductile iron in the air furnace using the pre-plating process of hot-dip aluminum plating of ductile iron,and the study is focused on investigating the influence of the brazing process parameters in the furnace on the microstructure of the brazed joint and shearing performance.The results show that the aluminum-pre-plated ductile iron brazing joint is composed of aluminum,the central area of the brazing seam,the iron-aluminum intermetallic compound IMC layer,and the ductile iron;under the experimental conditions,the higher brazing temperature or the longer holding time tends to intensifiy the mutual diffusion of the solder and the base metal and leave the microstructure of the brazed joint dense and then coarsened;and given the brazing temperature of 540℃and the holding time of 15 min,the shear strength of the brazed joint is the highest.
