《圣济总录》中药汤液外用疗法应用分析

摘　　要：《圣济总录》中收录的355首中药汤液外用方不仅包含前人重用单味药的简易经验方,还有以辨证配伍的多味药成方。为便于临证使用,在应用上提出根据不同治疗时间、治疗目的、病症而有目的地对药物使用不同炮制法。依病位分,人体浅层皮肤急性瘙痒疼痛疾病选淋洗法,如治疗脚气;人体深层疾病、虚证或慢性疾病选浸法,适合脾胃虚弱者或老人、幼儿。依特色分,有专治丹毒的溻渍法,还有针对人体孔窍疾病的滴灌法。中药汤液外用疗法能加强内服药作用,当病位特殊或急性病及病势凶险时更适合单独使用。There are 355 externally used Chinese herbal decoctions collected in Comprehensive Recording of Divine Assistance(《圣济总录》),which include both the empirical formulas mainly of a single herb as well as the established formulas of multiple herbs in relation to pattern differentiation.To facilitate the clinical practice,different medicinal processing methods should be adopted in accordance with the treatment time,the treatment objective,and the target diseases and pattens.According to the location of the disease,rinse method is suggested for treating superficial skin acute itching or pain,such as the athlete′s foot,while soaking method is suggested for deep-seated diseases,deficiency syndromes or chronic diseases,which is suitable for spleen-stomach weakness,the elderly,and the children.According to the characteristics,staining method is used to treat erysipelas,while drip irrigation method is applied for orifices-related diseases.External use of Chinese herbal decoctions can strengthen the therapeutic effects of internal administration,and is more appropriate to be used alone when the location of disease is specific or when the disease is acute and severe.
