腰痛宁胶囊联合脊柱微调整脊手法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腰痛宁胶囊联合脊柱微调整脊手法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法60例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组单纯给予脊柱微调整脊手法治疗,每日1次;治疗组给予脊柱微调整脊手法联合腰痛宁胶囊口服,每次1.2g,每日1次,睡前30min服。分别于治疗前及治疗3周、6周时采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)对患者疼痛及功能障碍进行评价。结果两组患者治疗3周、6周时VAS及ODI评分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗6周时均较治疗3周时降低更明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗3周、6周时VAS及ODI评分明显低于同时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰痛宁胶囊联合脊柱微调整脊手法在改善椎间盘源性腰痛患者的疼痛及生活质量方面效果肯定,并且治疗6周效果更好。Objective To explore the effect of Yaotongning capsules(腰痛宁胶囊)combined with spinal micro-adjustment manipulation for treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods Sixty patients with discogenic low back pain were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were administered with spinal micro-adjustment manipulation,once daily.Patients in the treatment group additionally took oral Yaotongning capsules,30 minutes before bed,1.2 g each time,once daily.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were used to assess patients′pain and dysfunction before treatment and after three and six weeks of treatment.Results The VAS and ODI scores significantly decreased in both groups after three and six weeks of treatment compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant after six weeks′treatment than after three weeks′treatment(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower after three weeks and six weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yaotongning capsules combined with spinal micro-adjustment manipulation has a positive effect on relieving pain and improving quality of life in patients with discogenic low back pain,and six weeks of treatment contributes to better effect.
