当代中医科研现状的哲学反思

摘　　要：哲学是推动时代进步的重要力量,也能为中医科研提供可借鉴的思维方式与方法论。当代的中医科研交叉于人文学与自然科学之间,总体可分为研究中医与中医研究两个方向,前者主要引进现代科学的研究方法,后者主要使用中国哲学、传统科学的研究方法。在哲学的审视下,二者各有优势与欠缺,只有在中医思维的基础上推进传统中医学与中西医结合的研究,实现二者优势互补与有机结合,才能实现中医科研的价值与意义。现象学视域的引入有助于多维、深度诠释中医学,比较中医学与现代科学的同异,实现中西思想的会通,是值得借鉴的研究方向。Philosophy plays an important role in promoting the progress of the times,and it can also provide a referential way of thinking as well as methodology for scientific researches of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Contemporary scientific researches of TCM integrate the humanity and natural science,which can be divided into two directions:researches on TCM and TCM researches.The former mainly use the method of modern science,while the latter mainly focus on Chinese philosophy and traditional science.From the perspective of philosophy,both sections have their own strengths and weaknesses.Only by promoting the integration of TCM and Western medicine,on the basis of TCM mode of thought,can complementary advantages of each other be achieved,and therefore the value and significance of TCM researches be realized.The introduction of the phenomenology helps to interpret TCM in multiple dimensions and in depth,to compare the similarities and differences between TCM and modern science,and to realize the communication of Chinese and Western thoughts,which is worthy of further researches.
