摘　　要：总结张志远教授临证运用瓜蒌的心得。将瓜蒌整体功效归纳为"开结滞""滋肺、利胃肠"两个方面,"开结滞"是指瓜蒌通过驱逐停痰、热毒、积食等开发气机怫郁,"滋肺、利胃肠"是指瓜蒌甘润,可祛燥生津,濡养肺与胃肠。临床上主张运用瓜蒌全果,认为大剂量使用疗效更好且无不良反应,多用于治疗上中二焦多种疾患,如胸痹、悬饮、咳嗽、便秘、乳痈等。The paper summarized professor ZHANG Zhiyuan′s experience in using Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis).The function of Gualou included"removing stagnation and dissipating constipation",as well as"nourishing the lung and boosting the stomach and intestine".The former referred to the diffusion and dispersion of qi movement and melancholy mood,by dispelling the accumulated phlegm,heat toxin,and food retention.The latter referred to the nourishment of lung,stomach and intestine by dispelling dryness and engendering liquid,as Gualou is sweet and moistened.In clinical practice,the whole fruit of Gualou was recommended,and large doses had better effects without advers effects.It was commonly used to treat diseases related with upper jiao and middle jiao,such as chest bì,pleural rheum,cough,constipation,and acute mastitis.
