摘 要:传统的吸扫式扫路车,配备有清扫装置和由风机、吸尘装置、风道、垃圾箱等组成的气力输送系统。清扫作业时,利用扫刷将路面垃圾扫至吸尘装置前面,利用风机运转时,在气力输送系统中产生的动压和静压,通过吸尘装置将垃圾吸入垃圾箱内,以达到清除路面垃圾的目的。因此,吸尘装置是扫路车重要的一环。但传统扫路车的吸尘装置有作业速度慢、吸拾效率低、易残留垃圾等缺点。The traditional sweeping road sweeper is equipped with a sweeping device and a pneumatic conveying system composed of a fan,a dust suction device,an air duct,a dustbin,etc.During the cleaning operation,the road garbage is swept to the front of the dust collector by the brush.When the fan is running,the dynamic pressure and static pressure generated in the pneumatic conveying system are sucked into the garbage bin by the dust collector to achieve the purpose of removing the road garbage.Therefore,the dust collector is an important part of the road sweeper.However,the traditional vacuum cleaner has the disadvantages of slow operation speed and low efficiency.
