摘　　要：模块化轮胎螺母自动排序监控设备拥有监控提示,实现了轮胎工位不同类型螺母供料的自动排序及监控,优化了汽车生产线轮胎工位的生产工艺,提高了轮胎螺母供料效率,具有很好的拓展性。该设备具有很好的实用性和灵活性,可适用于流水线同工位多种类螺母的筛选排序及监控的应用场景。文章归纳总结模块化轮胎螺母自动排序监控设备的结构与机制,论述模块化轮胎螺母自动排序监控设备的应用对安装效率的积极影响。The modular Monitor equipment for tire nut auto-sorting with Monitor tips can effectively avoid reducing the cycle time,and product stability.The equipment has good practicability and flexibility.Also,it’s suitable for sorting and monitoring application scenarios of various types of nuts at the same station in the production line.This paper summarize the structure and mechanism of the modular Monitor equipment for tire nut auto-sorting and discuss the positive influence of this device on assembly efficiency.
