复方中药对大肠杆菌脂多糖免疫应激早期断奶仔猪血清细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：为研究复方中药对大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)免疫应激早期断奶仔猪血清细胞因子的影响,选用28日龄杜长大仔猪48头,随机分为4组,每组12头猪。空白对照组:饲喂基础饲粮,35日龄腹腔注射100μg/kg体重的生理盐水;中药组:饲喂基础饲粮+0.3%中药制剂,35日龄腹腔注射100μg/kg体重的生理盐水;内毒素组:饲喂基础饲粮,35日龄腹腔注射100μg/kg体重的大肠杆菌LPS;中药+内毒素组:饲喂基础饲粮+0.3%中药制剂,35日龄腹腔注射100μg/kg体重的大肠杆菌LPS。试验期为14 d。35日龄注射大肠杆菌LPS 3 h后采血进行血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量测定。结果表明,中药组的白细胞介素-1β极显著低于空白对照组(P<0.01),中药组的白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α与空白对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);内毒素组的白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01);中药+内毒素组的白细胞介素-1β显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),极显著低于内毒素组(P<0.01),极显著高于中药组(P<0.01);中药+内毒素组的白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α极显著低于内毒素组(P<0.01),极显著高于空白对照组和中药组(P<0.01)。结果显示中药制剂有抗内毒素的作用,可有效缓解炎症反应。In order to study the effects of compound Chinese Herbal medicine on serum cytokines of early weanling piglets under E.coli lipopolysaccharide(LPS)immune stress,48 piglets of 28-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 pigs in each group.Blank control group:fed with basic diet,intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/kg BW of normal saline at 35 days of age;traditional Chinese medicine group:fed with basic diet+0.3% traditional Chinese medicine preparations,intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/kg BW normal saline at 35 days of age;endotoxin group:fed with basic diet,intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/kg BW E.coli LPS at 35 days of age;traditional Chinese medicine+endotoxin group:fed with basal diet+0.3% traditional Chinese medicine preparations,intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/kg BW E.coli LPS at 35 days of age.The experimental period was 14 days.At 35 days of age,blood was collected after 3 hours of LPS injection for serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels.The result showed,the interleukin-1β of the traditional Chinese medicine group was extremely significantly lower than that of the blank control group(P<0.01),and the interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αof the traditional Chinese medicine group were not significantly different from the blank control group(P>0.05);the interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αof endotoxin group were significantly higher than those of the blank control group(P<0.01);the interleukin-1βof traditional Chinese medicine+endotoxin group was significantly higher than the blank control group(P<0.05),significantly lower than the endotoxin group(P<0.01),and extremely significantly higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.01);the interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the traditional Chinese medicine+endotoxin group were significantly lower than those in the endotoxin group(P<0.01),extremely significantly higher than the blank control group
