摘 要:传统的矿井掘进机以人工手动控制为主,存在安全系数低、掘进效率差、劳动强度大等问题。将远程视频监控技术引入掘进机,设计了一套工作面掘进机远程视频监控系统,并给出系统的总体结构及摄像仪安装情况。硬件上对远程遥控方案进行了设计,对主控制器、视频监控设备进行了选型,软件上对视频采集程序进行了详细开发。矿井应用效果表明,掘进机视频监控系统可让工作人员在线实现对掘进机工况的全面监测、远程遥控,保障了工作人员的生命安全。The traditional mine roadheader is mainly controlled manually,which has problems such as low safety factor,poor tunneling efficiency and high labor intensity.This paper introduced the remote video monitoring system to the roadheader,designed a set of face roadheader remote video monitoring system,and proposed the overall structure of the system and the installation of the camera.The remote control scheme of hardware was designed,the main controller and video monitoring equipment were selected,and the video capture program of software was developed in detail.The results of mine application show that the video monitoring system of the roadheader can allow the staff to realize the comprehensive monitoring and remote control of the working condition of the roadheader online,ensuring the safety of the staff.
