摘 要:针对煤矿井下环境复杂,矿井通风设备的工作状态需要进行监控的情况,开展矿井通风机的监测系统研究,并进行硬件和软件设计,以实现对井下通风机状况的实时监测。该监测系统采用振动传感器监测通风机振动速度信号,并采用S3C2440处理器对数据信号进行处理,经嵌入式系统传送至OneNET平台,显示井下的运行状态,实现了远程监控。结果显示,传输过程没有导致数据错误或变化,能够用于煤矿安全生产中通风机状态的监测。In view of the complex underground environment of coal mines and the need to monitor the working status of mine ventilation equipment,this paper researched the monitoring system of mine ventilators,and designed hardware and software to achieve real-time monitoring of the status of underground ventilators.The monitoring system uses vibration sensors to monitor the vibration speed signal of the ventilator,and uses the S3C2440 processor to process the data signal,which is transmitted to the OneNET platform through the embedded system to display the underground operating status and realize remote monitoring.The results show that the transmission process did not cause data errors or changes,and it can be used to monitor the status of fans in coal mine safety production.
