摘　　要：军民情报学融合的本质是促进国家情报资源序化,从而实现国家情报资源的优化配置,而自组织是资源序化的最有效模式。基于此,本文基于自组织理论(耗散结构理论、协同学理论和突变论)揭示军民情报学融合的机理,特别是,应用耗散结构理论、协同学理论和突变论揭示军民情报学融合的机理,最终提出了军民情报学融合系统自组织形成与演化的整体分析框架,可以此为构建军民情报学融合策略提供方法论指导。The intention of integrating military and civilian intelligence studies is to promote the ordering of national intelligence resources to realize the optimal allocation of national intelligence resources.Self-organization is the most effective mode of resource ordering.Based on the self-organization theory(dissipative structure theory,synergetics theory,and catastrophe theory),this paper reveals the mechanism of the integration of military and civil intelligence studies.Finally,the integration system of military and civil intelligence studies is proposed.The overall analysis framework of the formation and evolution of unified self-organization can provide methodological guidance for the creation of a strategy to integrate military-civil intelligence studies.
