摘  要:故障预测与健康管理(PHM)开发平台具有结构功能复杂的特点,传统的设计方法难以保证其结构合理性与功能可靠性。针对传统的基于文本的系统设计中存在的需求追溯性弱、问题描述模糊的问题,提出了应用基广模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法论指导平台设计过程,使用模型驱动的OOSEM建模方法对PHM开发平台进行模型搭建。通过利益相关者需求导出系统需求与系统功能,在对系统内部结构进行逻辑分析后定义了平台系统架构,实现了系统架构综合,搭建了完备的PHM开发平台MBSE模型。基于MBSE的设计过程使该模型具有结构清晰、集成性高、追溯性强的特点,模型化的设计方法保证了其通用性与可重用性。该模型的建立为PHM开发平台搭建提供了设计流程与解决方案。The prognostic health management(PHM)development platform is characterized by complex structure and diverse functions.Traditional design methods cannot guarantee its structural rationality and functional reliability.Aiming at the problems of weak requirement traceability and fuzzy problem description in traditional text-based system design,the model based systems engineering(MBSE)methodology is applied to guide the platform design process,and the model driven OOSEM modeling method is used to Model the PHM development platform.System requirements and system functions are derived from stakeholder requirements,and the platform system architecture of the internal structure of the system is defined after logical analysis.The system architecture integration is realized and a complete MBSE model of PHM development platform is established finally.MBSE based design process makes the model characterized by clear structure,high integration and strong traceability.The modeled design method ensures its universality and reusability.The establishment of the model provides the design process and solution for the establishment of PHM development platform.
