摘 要:白洋河水库主坝下游坝坡曾多次发生脱坡险情,尤以2020年7月险情最为严重。基于白洋河水库建设过程、地勘成果资料,对此次发生脱坡险情的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明:心墙防渗性能差,且下游坝坡局部存在弱透水层,导致下游坝坡排水不畅,在高库水位、持续性大暴雨的情况下,坝坡土体长时间处于饱和状态,土体抗剪强度降低,导致脱坡险情发生。险情发生后,通过对脱坡体增设阻滑桩、袋装土支撑体以增加其稳定性,并开挖导渗沟排出坡体渗水,同时开挖应急泄洪通道降低库水位,险情得到了有效控制。The downstream slope of the main dam of Baiyanghe reservoir experienced several landslides,and the most dangerous slope-sliding situation occurred in the July of 2020.According to the construction process of reservoir and geological survey records,the causes of slope sliding was analyzed.The impermeability of the core wall was poor,and penetrability can be found on parts of downstream slope,which impeded drainage of the slope;as a result,the soil was in saturated state for a long time,and the shear strength of soil decreased,which further led to landslide in the case of high water level and long-lasting heavy rainfall.After landslide occurred,the number of anti-sliding piles and sandbags were increased to promote the slope stability,the seepage was discharged by induced infiltration ditch;meanwhile,water level in the reservoir was lowered by excavating emergency flood releasing channel.The dangerous situation was under effectively control.
