抚顺市城区高污染燃料禁燃区划分技术研究

摘　　要：以抚顺市生态环境局污染物排放清单数据源为基础,依照辽宁省和抚顺市有关法规条例,研究抚顺市城区高污染燃料禁燃区划分技术。结合抚顺市城区地理、气候气象特征,经济发展现状和能源使用状况,探讨抚顺市望花区、东洲区、新抚区、顺城区、开发区空气质量特征和制定禁燃区区划,通过建立禁燃区为精准开展大气污染防治、制定管理措施提供依据。The paper conducts a research on division technology of high pollution fuel banned areas in Fushun city,based on the data source of air pollutants emission inventory of the Fushun Ecological Environment Bureau,in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Liaoning Province and Fushun city. In consideration of the geographic and climate features,economic development and use of energy in Fushun,the air quality characteristics of Wanghua District,Dongzhou District,Xinfu District,Shuncheng District,and Development Zones in Fushun City were discussed to establish the no burning zone in Fushun. The establishment of no-burn zones provides a basis for precise implementation of air pollution prevention and control and formulation of management measures.
