摘　　要：为更好地为污染防治攻坚战集聚储备项目,积极争取资金,管好用好资金,并建立与工作任务相匹配的资金保障与管理体系,加快提升生态环境治理能力,总结近年来辽宁省生态环保专项资金与项目管理工作进展情况,梳理2020年资金项目管理政策新要求,分析工作中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的工作建议。In order to better gather reserve projects for the battle of pollution prevention and control,actively strive for funds,manage and mak e good use of funds,and establish a fund guarantee and management system matching with the work tasks,and then to accelerate the improvement of ecological environment governance capacity,this paper summarizes the progress of ecological environmental protection special funds and project management in recent years,sorts out the n ew requirements of fund project management policy in 2020,analyzes the main problems existing in the wor k,and puts forward corresponding work suggestions.
