摘  要:为了研究刻槽式MEFP战斗部结构参数(刻槽深度H、刻槽角度α、壳体厚度δ1、药型罩内径D、装药长度L、罩顶厚度δ2)对战斗部成型子弹丸动能的影响规律,文中结合数值计算所得具有以上不同结构参数的战斗部所生成子弹丸的动能结果,对战斗部进行正交优化分析。研究结果表明:影响成型子弹丸动能的因素按主次关系排列,依次是L、α、δ1、δ2、D、H,并且优化得到了各因素的最优组合。文中所得结果可为刻槽式MEFP战斗部的设计提供参考价值。To study the effect of the structural parameters of the grooved MEFP warhead(the influence of the groove depth H,the angle of the grooveα,the thickness of the shellδ1,the inner diameter of the liner D,the length of the charge L,the thickness of the coverδ2)on the kinetic energy of the sub projectile,based on the results of numerical calculation of the kinetic energy of the projectile generated by the warhead with the above different structural parameters,the orthogonal optimization analysis of the warhead has been carried out in this paper.The result shows that the priorities are as following:L、α、δ1、δ2、D、H.The optimal combination of the warhead was obtained.The results obtained in this paper can provide reference for the design of grooved MEFP warhead.
