摘 要:58SiMn钢是现有杀爆弹的弹体材料,利用材料试验机(MTS)和霍普金森拉杆(SHTB)对58SiMn钢进行准静态和动态拉伸试验,获得了不同应变率下拉伸应力-应变曲线,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了试样的断口形貌,分析了断裂失效模式。试验结果表明,58SiMn钢在准静态情况下,应力-应变曲线未出现屈服现象,应变硬化段呈双线性;在高应变率下出现屈服现象,应变硬化段呈线性;随着加载应变率的提高,58SiMn钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度随之增大,具有应变率效应;拉伸试样断口形貌SEM结果表明,断口形貌出现了解理台阶、微孔和撕裂棱的特征,为准解理断裂,且断裂模式与加载应变率无关。In this paper,the tensile tests on 58 SiMn steel have been carried out with the split Hopkinson tensile bar(SHTB)and the materials test system at different strain rates to obtain a series of tensile stress-strain curves of 58 SiMn steel.The tested results indicate 58 SiMn steel is sensitive to the strain rate,its yield strength and tensile strength increase with the increase of the strain rate.The quasi-cleavage steps,microporous and tearing ridge can be observed on fracture surfaces by SEM.The fracture is quasi-cleavage fracture,and the fracture mode is not sensitive to the loading strain rate.
