经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇科急腹症诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2019年10月~2020年3月收治的妇科急腹症患者110例纳入本次研究,分为腹部超声组和联合组各55例,腹部超声组采取腹部超声方式进行检查,联合组经阴道联合腹部超声进行检查,比较两组的检查结果与病理诊断结果的符合率。结果:腹部超声组检查符合率76.36%(42/55)低于联合组检查符合率94.55%(52/55),两组数据对比分析差异具统计学意义(χ^2=8.751,P=0.009)。结论:针对妇科急腹症的临床诊断,采取阴道联合腹部超声的方式检查,检出率及符合率高,可减少误诊的发生,为临床诊断提供依据,具有应用价值。Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:110 patients with gynecological acute abdomen who were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups:abdominal ultrasound group and combined group,55 cases each.Abdominal ultrasound group was performed by abdominal ultrasound in the examination,the combined group was examined through vagina and abdominal ultrasound,and the coincidence rate between the examination results of the two groups and the pathological diagnosis results was compared.Results:The coincidence rate of the abdominal ultrasound group was 76.36%(42/55)lower than that of the combined group,94.55%(52/55).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=8.751,P=0.009).Conclusion:For the clinical diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen,vagina combined with abdominal ultrasound is used to check,and the detection rate and coincidence rate are high,which can reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis,provide a basis for clinical diagnosis,and have application value.
