摘　　要：目的:探讨不同密闭式吸痰管吸痰深度对人工气道吸痰的研究结果对比。方法:回顾性选取2017年3月~2019年8月在本院需要进行人工气道吸痰治疗的患者210例作为研究对象,将所有患者分为浅表吸痰组(A组)、深部吸痰组(B组)和标准吸痰组(C组),分析三组患者的吸痰前后肺部痰鸣音改善情况以及生命体征的变化。结果:三组患者肺部痰鸣音改善情况比较,C组明显高于A组和B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸痰前,三组患者生命体征(心率、SpO2、收缩压、舒张压)无统计学意义,具有可比性;吸痰后,相比较A组和B组,C组患者明显稳定,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在人工气道吸痰治疗中,密闭式吸痰管插入深度达到标准吸痰的临床效果较佳,吸痰后肺部痰鸣音改善情况强,安全性高。Objective:To compare the results of different sputum suction depth of closed sputum suction tubes on artificial airway.Methods:From March 2017 to August 2019,210 cases which were given artificial airway sputum suction treatment were retrospectively selected in our hospital as the research objects.All the patients were divided into superficial sputum aspiration group(group A),deep sputum aspiration group(group B),standard sputum aspiration group(group C),the situation of lung phlegm sputum sound before and after suction and the changes of vital signs were analyzed among three groups.Results:The situation of lung phlegm sputum sound in three groups,group C was significantly higher than group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before sputum aspiration,the vital signs(heart rate,SpO2,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure)of the patients in the three groups were comparable and there was no statistical significance.After sputum aspiration,the patients in group C were more stable than group A and group B and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of artificial airway sputum aspiration,the clinical effect of inserting the closed sputum aspiration tube to the standard sputum aspiration depth is better,the improvement of pulmonary sputum sound is better after sputum aspiration,and the safety is high.
