麻醉镇痛泵对异位妊娠患者术后疼痛程度及不良事件的影响

摘　　要：目的:以异位妊娠者为研究对象,探究麻醉镇痛泵应用对其术后疼痛程度和不良事件的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月本院接收的异位妊娠者72例为对象,以数字单双号形式随机分成2组,即对照组、研究组,每组所占例数36例。予以对照组患者硬膜外麻醉镇痛,予以研究组患者麻醉镇痛泵镇痛。观察两组患者术后疼痛感,镇痛效果,不良事件发生率。结果:术后6h、12h、24h和48h不同时段,对照组患者疼痛评分均高于研究组;对照组患者不良事件发生率是33.35%,高于研究组的11.12%;对照组患者镇痛有效率是75.00%,低于研究组的94.44%(P<0.05)。结论:对异位妊娠患者予以麻醉镇痛泵给药,能取得较好的镇痛效果,患者术后疼痛感改善,不良事件发生降低,加快患者术后恢复,提高预后。Objective:To explore the effect of anesthesia analgesia pump on postoperative pain and adverse events in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:72 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and study group,36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given epidural anesthesia analgesia,and patients in the study group were given anesthesia analgesia pump analgesia.The postoperative pain,analgesic effect and incidence of adverse events were observed in the two groups.Results:After 6 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours,the pain score of the control group was higher than that of the study group;the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 33.35%,higher than 11.12%of the study group;the effective rate of analgesia in the control group was 75.00%,lower than 94.44%of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ectopic pregnancy,anesthesia analgesia pump can achieve good analgesic effect,improve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of adverse events,accelerate the recovery of patients after surgery,improve the prognosis.
