摘 要:目的:对MCS+和Trima血细胞分离机单采血小板的效果情况进行分析。方法:对50名男性献血者均使用两种血细胞分离机采集1治疗量血小板,采集间隔15~22d。收集两种设备的采集时间、产品容量、血小板含量、白细胞和红细胞混入量以及献血反应发生情况等数据进行分析。结果:比较两种设备采集的单采血小板,在产品容量、血小板含量、白细胞和红细胞混入量方面无统计学差异。使用MCS+血细胞分离机时,献血者发生献血反应的情况更少。使用Trima血细胞分离机时,献血时间更短。结论:两种设备采集的血小板产品均符合国标要求。MCS+血细胞分离机舒适度更佳,适用于首次、体重轻或体型偏瘦等易发生献血反应的献血者。Trima血细胞分离机采集时间相对短,适用于时间不充裕的献血者。根据献血者的实际情况,合理安排单采血小板设备,可优化献血体验,为献血者提供更优质的服务,有益于做好献血者保留工作,促进无偿献血事业发展。Objective:To analyze the effect of MCS+and TrimA blood cell separator on platelet collection.Methods:Two kinds of blood cell separators were used to collect 1 therapeutic amount of platelets from 50 male blood donors at intervals of 15 to 22 days.The data of collection time,product volume,platelet content,white blood cell and red blood cell mixing amount and blood donation reaction were collected and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in product volume,platelet content,white blood cell and red blood cell mixing amount between the two devices.When MCS+blood cell separator was used,the number of cases of blood donor reaction was less.When Trima blood cell separator is used,the blood donation time is shorter.Conclusion:The platelet products collected by the two devices met the requirements of national standard.The MCS+blood cell separator is more comfortable and suitable for the first time,light weight or thin blood donors who are prone to blood donation reaction.The collection time of Trima blood cell separator is relatively short,which is suitable for blood donors with insufficient time.According to the actual situation of blood donors,reasonable arrangement of platelet collection equipment can optimize the experience of blood donation,provide better service for blood donors,help to do a good job of blood donor retention,and promote the development of unpaid blood donation.
