摘  要:目的:探讨二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗外阴白色病变的疗效。方法:选择本院2018年9月~2019年9月收治的外阴白色病变患者90例。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用双频聚焦超声治疗仪治疗,观察组采用二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗。比较两组治疗前后外阴瘙痒、皲裂、性交疼痛及皮肤颜色评分变化,血清NGF、SP浓度变化及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后外阴瘙痒、皲裂、性交疼痛及皮肤颜色评分,NGF、SP浓度均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后性交疼痛评分,NGF、SP浓度低于对照组,皮肤颜色评分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后外阴瘙痒、皲裂评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光治疗可改善外阴白色病变患者临床症状,降低血清NGF、SP浓度,疗效满意。Objective:To investigate the effect of carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of white lesions of vulva.Methods:90 patients with white lesions of vulva were selected from September 2018 to September 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dual frequency focused ultrasound,and the observation group was treated with carbon dioxide laser.The changes of pruritus vulvae,chapped,sexual pain,skin color score,serum NGF,SP were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the concentrations of NGF and SP in vulva pruritus,chapped,sexual intercourse pain and skin color scores,NGF and SP concentrations in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the scores of pruritus vulvae and chaps between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with white lesions of vulva,reduce the concentration of serum NGF and SP,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
