电脑中频治疗仪联合电针治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨电脑中频治疗仪联合电针治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法:将本院2018年7月~2020年7月接收的96例坐骨神经痛患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(给予电脑中频治疗仪治疗)与治疗组(给予电脑中频治疗仪联合电针治疗),各48例,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的VAS评分及JOA评分改善幅度均显著优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的77.08%,P<0.05。结论:对坐骨神经痛患者给予电脑中频治疗仪联合电针治疗,能够有效减轻疼痛程度,缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of computer medium frequency therapy combined with electroacupuncture on sciatica.Methods:96 cases of sciatica received in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were divided into control group(treated by computer intermediate frequency therapy instrument)and treatment group(treated by computer intermediate frequency therapy instrument combined with electroacupuncture),48 cases each,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The VAS score and JOA score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,P<0.05;the effective rate of the treatment group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group’s 77.08%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Computerized intermediate frequency therapy combined with electroacupuncture can effectively relieve pain,relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
