细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:研究细节护理管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法:选取在2016年1月~2017年12月本院实施常规手术室腔镜器械管理的23例手术室手术为对照组,2018年1月~2019年8月本院应用细节护理管理的23例手术室手术为观察组,对其临床资料进行分析,比较两组手术室腔镜器械合理使用率。结果:观察组手术室腔镜器械合理使用率95.65%与对照组82.61%相比较高(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理管理应用在手术室腔镜器械管理中,手术室腔镜器械的使用更加规范化,腔镜器械的使用方法引起了护理工作人员的重视,从而实现细节护理管理的应用价值,并得到了医疗单位的一致认可,使细节护理管理在临床上有了更大的发展空间。Objective:To study the application effect of detail nursing management in the management of endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2017,23 cases of conventional operating room endoscopic device management in our hospital were selected as the control group,and from January 2018 to August 2019,23 cases of detailed nursing management in our hospital were selected as the observation group to analyze the clinical data and compare the reasonable use rate of the two groups.Results:The reasonable use rate of endoscopic instruments in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detailed nursing management in the management of operating room endoscopic instruments is more standardized,and the use of endoscopic instruments has attracted the attention of nursing staff,so as to realize the application value of detailed nursing management,and has been unanimously recognized by medical units,so that the detailed nursing management has a greater development space in clinical.
