摘　　要：在现代科学技术多元化的影响下,学术期刊充分利用新技术对内容和形式拓维,实现出版模式的转变;通过挖掘学术成果内容,为用户提供更加快速、便捷、专业化、多样化的服务;通过拥抱开放获取,实现盈利模式的转换。这种出版模式和理念的转变对图书馆的馆藏建设既带来了资源的多样化、缓解经费紧张的压力等方面的机遇,也给图书馆的学术期刊采选、向学界提供服务等方面带来了更大的难度。Driven by various news technologies,academic journals make full use of new technologies to expand the content and form and realize the transformation of publishing model. Publishers provide faster,more convenient,professional,various services for users by mining the content of academic journals,and even changing profit model by embracing open access. Although these changes brings the libraries opportunities by the diversification of resources and eases the pressure on funding constraints,etc.,at the same time,they makes it more difficult for the libraries both in building their academic journal collection and in providing services to the academic community.
