摘  要:探讨聚酯熔体直纺涤锦米字型复合POY超细纤维工艺技术,研究表明:在纺制涤锦复合POY超细纤维规格为290 dtex/72 f时,涤锦2组份质量比PET∶PA6为82∶18,PET熔体温度为285~290℃,PA6纺丝温度为(270~274)℃,纺丝速度(3000~3300)m/min,冷却风温为(20~22)℃,冷却风速为(0.45~0.60)m/min时,其纺制的涤锦米字型复合POY超细纤维具有良好的生产可纺性、截面形态、复合剥离效果以及后加工性能,其涤锦米字型复合POY超细纤维断裂强度2.6 CN/dtex,断裂伸长率136%,条干CV值0.6%。The process of direct melt spinning of PET/PA6 splitable composite microfiber was studiedThe results showed that when the specification of PET/PA composite microfiber was 290 dtex/72 F,the mass ratio of PET to PA6 was 82∶18,the melt temperature of PET was 285~290℃,the spinning temperature of PA6 was 270~274℃,the spinning speed was 3000~3300 m/min,the cooling air temperature was 20~22℃,the cooling air speed was 0.45~0.60 m/min After the PET/PA6 splitable composite microfiber POY was made,the production spinnability、section shape、composite stripping effect and processing performance was wellThe breaking strength was 2.6 cn/dtex,the elongation at break was 136%,and the CV value was 0.6%.
