摘  要:针对生产企业关于PET聚酯工艺塔塔顶凝液EG含量更苛刻的需求,采用化工模拟软件Aspen plus V10,选取NRTL-RK热力学模型,对聚酯工艺塔进行了模拟计算,并和现场数据进行校验,在此基础上,完成了工艺塔的优化分析,结果表明:回流温度控制在55~60℃、回流比1.3、塔板数增加到21~22块,工艺塔顶凝液EG含量可以降低到0.1%wt的期望值。Based on the strictly demand in the content of glycol on the top of PET process tower condensate,the simulation of PET process tower was carried out using chemical flow sheet simulation software Aspen plus V10 and selecting NRTL-RK equation as thermodynamic model.The results were verified with the field data,then the optimization of the process tower were studying,the results showed that the reflux temperature were adjusted at 55-60℃,the reflux ration were 1.3,the number of trays were increased to 21-22,the glycol content at the top of PET process tower condensate can be reduced to 0.1%wt.
